Havasu Halloween Haunt Vendor Package

We’re offering a vendor package structured to minimize risk for food and merch vendors. There is $0 upfront to lock in your spot. Instead of paying a vendor fee before the event, vendors will pay 10% of their profits on the final night of the event. If you don’t make any money, you don’t pay anything.

This package is open to vendors with food, merchandise, or other approved products to sell. Please note: there will be a $500 fine in the event of a no-call, no-show after confirming your spot.

In order to be officially added to the vendor roster, you must sign the vendor contract. Contact us to have the contract sent over. Once the contract is signed and returned, your name will be added to the roster.
